Awesome fishing from dock or yard. 5-25 mins to great restaurants including waterfront dining. 4 Bicycles provided. 55 miles of canals, Myakka River, Charlotte Harbor, Intercoastal waterway and Gulf of Mexico accessible from back yard. 10,000 lb boat hoist available with special agreement.

Relaxing view

Great location. Very peaceful home on the canal with one of the best canal views in south gulf cove. Enjoyed sitting on the dock and relaxing in the sun. Very close to the beaches and we went to multiple due to the central location. Boca Grande beach’s for a relaxing slow paced day or Englewood for a bustling time at dinner.
