Yusuf was a great host and responded in a timely manner. It was a nice stay and exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Great for 2 couples or 4-person occupancy. The location is very well maintained and looks exactly like the pics which is not always the case. It is easily accessible for entry & exit. Hallway is well lit. Beds were comfy. Property is very clean and well-stocked. The neighbors were absolutely fine; we are New Yorker so hearing foot steps/movements is a part of apartment culture. Close proximity to local food/stores. Easy checkout instructions. Definitely a recommended stay for the NY area.

The host was very communicative and let me know when cleaning was finished so i could check in a little early. I may have a different interpretation of what 'luxury' means and not in the correct market. The apartment is on the second floor of a building, but the steps leading up to the building had a row of missing tile and some loose tile, making it tricky to bring in my luggage. It may have been timing, but cleaning supplies were left on the first floor below the steps up to the second floor. The dishwasher had an out of order sign on it and the bathroom was tiny, As a single woman, I'm extra careful with security. I didn't discover until the morning that two windows had been left open, - one with access to a fire escape. I was shocked and chose to move to a hotel for the rest of my stay as I didn't feel safe. The host was understanding of my security concerns but I wish he had mentioned the cleaning crew leaves windows open. The shades and curtains on the windows were drawn so I didn't see that they were open. Others not traveling alone and relying on ride shares could have a different experience. And they may also expect different conditions with the title of the listing.

Nice apartment; clean, pretty, comfortable. Good and easy communication with host. Local food and desert shops are really nice, multiple grocery options within a 10-15 minute walk. Train and bus station close by.

Unfortunately my check in to the property was delayed, I miss an event I had scheduled. I understand things happen but I shouldve been notified, instead I didnt find out until I arrived at the property that I couldnt enter because the apartment was being cleaned. After waiting almost 1.5hrs for cleaning, the apartment wasnt thoroughly cleaned, lots of hair and crumbs on the floors, dirty towel in the kitchen. Overall, the place is nice with comfortable beds, but communication is key.

Visiting our daughter at college

My wife and I were visiting our daughter who is attending school nearby. We were able to cook a homemade diner for our daughter and friend. It was in a central location where we were able to drive to two of her soccer matches. There was no parking onsite but there was plenty of room on the street. We have already discussed staying here again on our next visit.

First of all, there's no privacy. The people upstairs made a lot of noise during the night. In the kitchen, the pans and their lids were dirty. We had to wash them and we had to buy sponges to clean the dishes because there was none. The dishwasher doesn't work. Also, in the kitchen, we moved the stove a bit because there was food residue on the floor. They literally didn't clean this place well. I had to remove one of the sheets because there was a stain. I don't know if it was the sheet itself that was stained or if someone stained it. There was no parking space, so we got a 50 ticket. The entrance is dirty.
