Enjoy a comfy, peaceful stay in beautiful Connestee Falls 8 miles south of Brevard. It’s a gated community which has 3 private lakes and hiking trails, 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, fitness center, outdoor seasonal pool, and club house with restaurant and bar. There is a sandy beach with swimming area, dock, and playground less than a mile from the home.
This area is famous for its numerous waterfalls, world class mountain biking and hiking, white squirrels, live music, numerous microbreweries, and great restaurants! DuPont Forest, Pretty Place, and Caesar’s Head are about 5 miles away. Asheville is about 45 minutes away. Pisgah National Forest is 25 minutes away.
This newly remodeled 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with high speed internet, cathedral ceiling, has a large kitchen with cooking, dining, and spice essentials, living/dining room, sunroom, 2 TVs (one with surround sound) master suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom with tile shower on the main level and new half bath with laundry area. Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with tub shower between them. Downstairs boasts a large bedroom with queen bed, and a studio suite with double bed, reclining couch, cozy electric fireplace, TV and games, kitchenette, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and option for a massage. The studio opens onto a peaceful screen porch with grill and outdoor dining. It overlooks the woods and is a block from the lake. Deer and white squirrels are seen daily.

Connestee Falls is beautiful and very safe. The private hiking trails near Connestee waterfall are some of the most pretty and unique trails I have ever hiked. Connestee offers lots to do right on the property and has a Clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There are usually activities at the Clubhouse on the weekends. There are 3 private lakes, beach, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball. The fitness center is an extra charge as well as the 18 hole golf course.
The location is great if you want to hike or mountain bike at nearby DuPont Forest, or sightsee at nearby Caesar's Head or Pretty Point. You will be immersed in nature and serenity. Deer and white squirrels are seen daily. It's only 8 miles to Brevard and 10 miles to Pisgah National Forest for more gnarly mountain biking and hiking.
It's 40 min to Asheville, 35 min to Hendersonville, 10 min to DuPont Forest and 15 min to downtown Brevard.
