First mountain trip

The cabins are nice , and the location is pretty nice. As for the property surroundings and access to the water, it needs to be cleaned up, and by that I mean the trees can use some trimming and a few clear cut to be able to get better views of the water and surroundings, the access to the water needs to be upgraded with cleaner and safer pathway. The location is decent and very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mountain air and nature. The cabin are located perfectly within 30 minutes of everything you’ll ever want to to see, and any mountain experiences and adventures you ever want to do or see.

Worst stay of our lives. We recently stayed two nights at a Hot Springs Getaways cabin, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.Upon arrival, the keyless entry system did not work, and we were unable to access the cabin for nearly two hours. After finally getting inside, we discovered there was no hot water. When maintenance arrived the next morning, we were told this was a known issue and that the hot water heater should have been fixed weeks prior. For the second night, we were instructed to use a different cabin to shower since ours could not be repaired. However, that cabin ran out of hot water after just one shower, leaving five members of our family without any way to bathe. We were also told we could leave instead of staying the second night, which is not a realistic solution after already planning and paying for the trip. While the company did offer a two-night voucher for a future stay, this was not an acceptable resolution given our experience, and we declined. That does not make up for the inconvenience and lack of basic accommodations. We requested a full refund and we were declined the refund.Overall, this situation showed a lack of preparation, communication, and accountability. We will not be booking with this company again. We cannot, in good faith, recommend them to others and we will be sharing our experience with family and friends. God Bless.

I am a longtime local business owner, real estate investor, and passionate traveler whose love for hospitality was shaped through years of exploring the world. From scuba diving in exotic waters to discovering hidden destinations and unforgettable conversations across continents, I have developed a deep appreciation for experiences that feel both inspiring and personal.
A devoted ballroom dancer with a special love for Argentine tango, I understand the beauty of atmosphere, connection, and intention. Every property I create reflects that same spirit, welcoming, elevated, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.
I believe vacation time is sacred. Guests are not simply booking a place to stay; they are investing their time, trust, and memories into an experience. That belief influences every detail, from the amenities chosen to the feeling guests have the moment they walk through the door.
For me, true hospitality is simple: treat people exceptionally well, create spaces worth remembering, and make every stay feel like it matters.

Why they chose this property

Nestled along the peaceful waters of Lake Hamilton, Hamilton Cove was chosen for its quiet natural beauty, privacy, and relaxing atmosphere. Unlike busier areas of the lake, this protected no-wake zone creates a calm and peaceful environment where guests can truly unwind without constant boat traffic or noise.
Surrounded by trees and scenic lake views, the property offers a secluded retreat feeling while still being conveniently close to Hot Springs dining, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.
Hamilton Cove is also uniquely designed for connection and gathering. As Hot Springs Getaways continues to expand, the property is evolving into a boutique lakeside resort destination featuring multiple cabins, shared outdoor spaces, and a future event venue capable of hosting weddings, retreats, reunions, and private gatherings for up to 120 guests.
Whether guests are seeking a quiet weekend escape, a family vacation, or a future group event destination, Hamilton Cove offers a peaceful setting that feels both private and welcoming.

What makes this property unique

Hot Springs Getaways at Hamilton Cove offers more than a single cabin stay. It is the beginning of a boutique lakeside retreat experience designed around relaxation, nature, and meaningful gathering.
The Willow is one of 20 cabins tucked into a peaceful wooded setting on Lake Hamilton, creating a rare balance between private cabin living and resort-style amenities. Guests can enjoy shared lake access, outdoor gathering areas, swim and dock spaces, walking paths, and future enhancements designed to make the property feel like a hidden retreat destination.
What truly sets Hamilton Cove apart is its vision. The property is being thoughtfully developed into a boutique event and getaway destination capable of hosting family reunions, wellness retreats, weddings, corporate gatherings, and group experiences in an intimate lakeside setting.
Unlike large commercial resorts, Hamilton Cove maintains a warm, relaxed atmosphere where guests can reconnect with nature, enjoy the quiet side of Lake Hamilton, and experience a more personal and peaceful getaway. 🌲
