This is our 3rd visit here and never disappoints, host is super communicative, check in is easy, house is clean and described with lots of little touches and everything you need for your stay. The pool area and tiki overlooking the lake is just the best.Will keep coming back

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and even had welcome snacks and waters, pool towels, and everything we could have possibly needed. The host truly went above and beyond and was incredibly accommodating.We had 9 girls staying here for a bachelorette party and couldn’t recommend it more. The rooms were all so cute and comfortable, and the backyard was amazing — we had the best time hanging out by the pool. We will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to this beautiful home. Both Kimmi and Vikrem were very responsive with any requests we had. Check in is smooth, lovely welcome pack on arrival. House is clean and everything you need from toilet paper, washing detergent, soaps shampoos etc. Nice quiet neighbourhood and close to stores and restuarants. Sushi jo is one of our go to places when we come over. Backyard is like a little oasis great for chilling out and fishing from the dock too. Look forward to our stay here very soon :D

Wonderful House

We (a family of 5) really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful house. As well as being really comfortable inside, the outdoor space is amazing. You couldn't ask for anything more.We made some great memories here and would stay again.

5 Stars – Perfect Spot for Our Baseball Trip!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this place was the perfect retreat after long days at the ball field. Great location—close to everything we needed—and the backyard was a huge bonus! The kids had a blast fishing off the dock, while the parents kicked back and relaxed under the tiki hut. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. A great mix of fun and relaxation—we’d definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break

We loved our stay at this house! We always vacation together on spring break with two families and are always looking for fun houses for kids and adults. The backyard was one of the best we have been to and the communication with Kimmi was awesome!

Our host was very pleasant and accommodating. He allowed us to check in early and extended our time for a late check out due to a flight delay. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The property is beautiful but it is no longer in the same condition as the photos listed in VRBO. The house requires a deep and detailed cleaning and maintenance. The price of the rental does not match the condition of the property. All of the showers were faulty and the water backed up to the point where you have to turn the water off while you are showering otherwise the water will over flow out of the shower. This was a hassle for us all. Light switches, handles and walls need a good cleaning. The furniture outside was either, old, broken, smelly or covered in bird and lizard droppings. The tiki hut, while beautiful in concept had a bird poop oder and the light fixtures above were covered in some type of guck from nature. Again the property itself is a gem but the house needs attention. Especially since we paid top dollar to stay in a place that is equal or better than our own. I shared all these details with our host, along with pictures we took. He was very responsive and shared he was working on all of these items for future guests.

Perfect family retreat!

I cannot say enough about this property! This was a perfect family retreat we has so much fun enjoying this house. The backyard is like your own tropical resort. We enjoyed the pool, the putting green, watching movies and playing games under the tiki hut. We even got to see the holiday boat parade from our backyard! The house was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable! The owners go above on welcoming guests from a welcome basket to making sure the bathrooms are stocked with everything you need. tons of restaurants and things to do close by. I would not only rebook this property i would recommend to anyone!

We have had an amazing time here. Kimmi was super responsive to any questions I had prior to the booking. Check in was a breeze. Kimmi certainly thinks of everything with lovely welcome pack of goodies on arrival. The home was clean throughout and everything you need. The master bed super comfy and view over the pool. Amazing power shower too.Now the outside well just amazing like our own little oasis where we spent most of our days floating in the pool or chilling out under the tiki watching nature or TV.Location is nice and quiet neighbours were friendly. Everything is within easy reach, beach shops restaurants.Would highly recommend Kimmi’s place we have rebooked for next year we’re both looking forward to our future stays here.
