This unique retreat comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Features include 2 master suites, a bunk room, a chef's kitchen, an expansive multi-level deck with a private infrared sauna, dining area, and hot tub. Perfect for families and groups seeking an unforgettable adventure.

You might find yourself getting a little lost... but this one of a kind cabin truly reveals where All is Found.

Your adventure begins as you cross a 200-foot bridge, transporting you to a private retreat. Designed for groups and families, the cabin comfortably sleeps 10 guests across a spacious and thoughtful layout.

- Layout: The cabin features 2 master suites and a 6-person bunk room, making it ideal for multiple families or larger groups.
- Living Area: Relax by the stone-faced fireplace or take in the stunning river views through expansive windows in the open-plan living space.
- Kitchen: The upscale, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring everything you need to create memorable meals.
- Bathrooms: Indulge in a personal spa experience in the master bathrooms, which boast luxurious rainfall-waterfall body showers.
- Outdoor Deck: Sliding glass doors open to an expansive back deck, your private oasis for dining by the outdoor fireplace, meditating to the sounds of the river, or unwinding in the bubbling hot tub.
- Private Sauna: For ultimate relaxation, rejuvenate in the private Infrared Sauna by Sunlighten.
- Fire pit: Enjoy making s'mores and memories around a custom 4' fire pit ring. Firewood is provided.
- Private entrance with convenient, keyless entry for self check-in.

During certain times of the year, the river rises to surround the cabin, creating the magical illusion of a treehouse floating over the waters of the Mountain Fork River—a truly unforgettable sight.

PETS: Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog when booking.
- No other types of animals are allowed.
- 2 dogs max, under 75lbs, please ask about larger dogs.
- Dogs are strictly forbidden from being on the bedding or furniture.
- Dogs must be crated at all times when left alone in the cabin.
- We have 2 crates there for you to use.
- Pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay
- Any damage or cleanup related to pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

- HOT TUB: The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized before your arrival.
- To keep the water fresh, please add one scoop of provided chlorine each night after your first night.
- Please shower before entering and refrain from using body lotions, oils, or bubbles in the tub.
- A $75 fee will be charged if we're asked to drain and clean the tub during your stay.

- INFRARED SAUNA: This dry heat mPulse sauna by Sunlighten offers amazing health benefits. We encourage you to visit the Sunlighten website for more information on its features and use.

- SECURITY: For your safety and to monitor compliance with our pet policy, two exterior security cameras are located on the property to monitor the entrances. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Self check out. Please start a load of towels. Take trash out to the can at the end of the bridge. Please leave used beds unmade, and do not strip them.
Sign out of Netflix, Amazon, YouTube etc accounts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs are strictly forbidden from being on the beds or furniture and must be crated when left alone. Please ask about dogs larger than 50 lbs

We had such an amazing stay here this week. The property is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. We had an amazing trip…just wish we could’ve stayed longer! The views were incredible and our favorite part had to be sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and just escaping into nature. This was one of my most favorite places. I have to say that the journey to this retreat made it that more exhilarating and over anticipation. The house was equipped with everything you can imagine. If you lived there this would treat as well. From I'm catching you 10 souls two instructions on how to operate the hot tub even a a visitor's booked for you to leave and rate your stay. This place was really peaceful and really beautiful planning on revisited again.

A little piece of heaven. Everything from cleanliness to all the amenities were outstanding. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck taking in all the scenery and peace.
