Camp Orvis is a wonderful house in the Adirondack Park. Clean, comfy and quiet! Host is wonderful! Two bathrooms are also a a bonus.

We enjoy 4 nights at Camp Orvis. The property was not far from Big Moose Lake. We were able to access the Lake via the local marina for a fee. Boat docking was a bit of a challenge as there are only a.few spaces available. Again, you can rent a slip from the marina. The house has everything you need. Very clean camp, access to kayaks, paddle boards, etc downnat the lake. Would recommend Eagle Bay House, Ip North Bar & Grill, Blue Line Coffee, and Northern Lights ice cream.

Autumn foliage viewing trip

Absolutely great trip to the Adirondacks. Cottage was adorable. It was stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly.

Highly recommended stay. Very cozy and accommodating home with the feel of the outdoors, fire pit, near by lake access, and option to be secluded or not. Nearest restaurants/businesses approx 10 min drive (Inlet), and 20 min to Old Forge. Take screenshots of check in instructions before hand cause cellular is spotty, but once you're on wifi, good to go. The hosts are awesome and very helpful. We loved our stay, part of 4. Thank you!
