Welcome to your serene escape on the shores of Lake Erie! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty, providing an idyllic getaway for families and friends seeking relaxation and adventure. With its stunning lake views, covered outdoor seating area, and charming firepit by the water's edge, this vacation rental promises unforgettable moments and cherished memories.

For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

The living room has a comfortable sectional couch and chair, 55" Roku TV, and electric fireplace with remote. Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. There's central AC for those hot summer nights.

This house has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 1-twin bunk. Note: the top bunk weight limit is 200lbs. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is an additional 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a single brew Keurig/coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods provided.

We also have a full-size washer and dryer located on the main floor.

Note: Please do not use the basement - this is for owner storage only.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles and has driveways on both sides of the house. The property backyard is fully fenced please be sure the gates are closed before letting your pets off their leash. Pets must have leash while in the front yard.

Check in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

Residential neighborhood

This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our house.

Pet Rules:
Dogs are permitted by request only and upon approval. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There will be a pet fee applied at the time of booking. Please be sure to include a pet when confirming your booking. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Sorry, no cats or other pets are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave temperature set at 68 degrees.
