Photos and description of the unit were accurate, and we also found that it is 10 minutes from the USC campus. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac. Really a nice place to stay when you're visiting USC.

The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and even better than the photos show. The home was older but had all the amenities and more than a similarly priced hotel room. We stayed to attend an Army Basic Training graduation at Fort Jackson and it was only 15 minutes away. Great for an extended stay to reduce the cost and need for extra clothes/packed amenities. The queen bed was a bit stiffer than we are accustomed to. Shower was great, plenty of hot water, but dont run it and the washer at the same time. We contacted the host about an issue with the coffee maker and they replied within 30 minutes and replaced it within a reasonable time. The home was fully stocked with consumables like paper products, soaps and trash bags. Overall a great stay, but it is an older property on the 2nd floor with access up a deck outside staircase, so be aware.
