A picture-perfect retreat awaits you and yours at this fully renovated Town of Rehoboth Beach cottage! Nestled on the first floor, the cottage is on the south side of Rehoboth boasting easy access to numerous shopping centers, restaurants, beaches, parks, cinemas, and other entertaining hotspots.

Full of light and comfortable furnishings, the interior of your stay is a place of utter comfort. Settle down on the soft sofa and stream your favorite TV shows. Prepare delicious dishes amidst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. And when it's time to eat, gather around the wooden formal dining table. Follow the fresh updates into each of the bedrooms, all lined with high-quality linens and central air. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the stellar interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy the sea breeze from the patio or while gathered around the shared firepit.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
This is a unit on the same lot as four other condos located in the same building : 20485 Lincoln Street, Units 1, 2, 3 & 4. They can be booked individually, or you can book all if you have an event that needs multiple accommodations.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
