Welcome to 215B Philadelphia Ave!
Recently updated and perfectly located four bedrooms and two-bathroom duplex in downtown Rehoboth Beach! Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee.
The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door to the backyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, with queen beds and a shared bathroom in each room. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has two twin beds and a futon. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom.
The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free WIFI, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to the midsize vehicle and one on-street parking permit.
Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is clean, open, airy, and well-maintained, with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is an excellent area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, morning coffee, or evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay!
LOCATION: This great South Rehoboth location is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Onsite parking for one car- no large SUVs permitted.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, expanded CATV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, screened-in porch, and beach equipment.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. Two dogs are permitted, with a pet fee for each dog. You must enter the queen bedroom on the second level to access the third-level bedroom.

Great location. Nice property.
Quick weekend trip with family and friends. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. Although the house is definitely older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our interactions with the owner (it is managed by Remax) were good and they answered all our questions. We loved the front porch and were glad the weather was nice enough that we were able to use it. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog with us for the weekend. All-in-all a great stay. Fantastic value for the location. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Dump or Sh!thole - You Be the Judge
I told my husband it was a dump. He convinced me it is a sh!thole. First we noticed two light fixtures were not working: the front porch light and the light in the back bedroom that you enter to go out the back door. A note says there are light bulbs in the unit, but we found none. One of the lamps in the primary bedroom has a broken on/off switch . The porch door is falling off its hinges. It desperately needs painting. There are so many dead bugs in one outdoor light fixture that almost no light gets through. The walls are damaged and the ceiling has moldy spots. The blue sofa sinks due to its broken seating supports. The dining room chairs are rusted metal. I found a dirty pan in the oven. First floor bathroom in moldy and leaks from the bottom. The broken washing machine in the unit overflowed. After waiting 2 days for a plumber (who never showed up) to come clean it up and fix it, we were told that the washer had been broken for a while; the owner wasn't going to fix it and knew it that it leaked. I was supposed to have been told not to use that washer. They blamed us for using it at all! They directed us to a filthy, cluttered garage washer that had a man’s wet laundry in it that was still there days later. After a rain, the driveway puddling was so bad I couldn't get into my car without wading through 3 inches of muddy water. The landscaping is either dead or overgrown. Other residents leave dog poop in the yard.

Only given one parking spot out back and one parking tab for the street for a 4 bedroom home; pots and pans were bent; beds very uncomfortable.
