The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door to the backyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, with queen beds and a shared bathroom in each room. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has three twin beds. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom.
The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free WIFI, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to the midsize vehicle and one on-street parking permit.
Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is clean, open, airy, and well-maintained, with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is an excellent area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, morning coffee, or evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay!
LOCATION: Just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants, this duplex is ideally located to park your car and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Onsite parking for one car. There is a size restriction- no large SUVs.
AMENITIES: Expanded Wi-Fi, CATV, lovely screened-in porch, beach equipment, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: There is a required $500.00 refundable security deposit. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental option to guests. To access the 3rd level bedroom, you must go through the 2nd level queen bedroom.
