Host took so long to confirm the booking that I started to look elsewhere. When host finally confirmed, we were directed to a completely different property a mile away. We checked in but the next day; a rep for the host came banging on the door (literally) saying we were in the wrong condo & had to move. Our need for the rental was a sensitive situation as is so this was turning into a mess. Ultimately, they didn’t make us move. Day 2, in error, we locked ourselves out. Reached out to the host who didn’t respond for a while then said he/she had no spare keys and were calling a locksmith, and asked for approval for the charge. We were stuck, had no options, and the stay was already on day 2 of another issue. Communication was not good from the initial booking; and we were relieved to leave at the end. Have to say that the condo was nice, clean and a nice location. It was just more bad communication and drama that wasn’t necessary.
