This tri-level unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and full bathroom on the 1st floor. A large, private deck is through the sliding glass doors with steps that lead to a small yard with flower gardens. Great place just outside town.

Great three bedroom. Just far enough out of town (commercial street), to enjoy the quiet of the cape. Close enough to walk to town without being exhausted. Unit is bigger than expected and was well cared for, clean, and had more than its share of amenities. The windows were damaged in several rooms preventing the old crank method of operation. However this was not an issue as air conditioning was in each bedroom. Lovely deck and bbq. Awesome laundry area. Perks of past visitors such as beach gear, cleaning products, and books/games etc. owners are very responsive, even to dumb questions. lol 😆. Can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable, clean, quiet condo

We had a relaxing stay at Bob's 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo. The unit worked well for the 3 of us (couple with college-aged son). Short walk through a Town parking lot to a Bradford or Commercial St. Five minute drive or shirt bike ride to PTown beaches. Enjoyed the sunsets from the west-facing porch. Bob was a very responsive host. Would stay again!

Excellent location and lots of space

We had such an amazing time during what was supposed to be carnival week 2020. We definitely made the best of it and this place enhanced our experience. The landlord is such a nice guy and on top of everything. Communication was great and the rental was everything we expected and more. Such a great space and close to the center of town. Could not have been happier. Thank you Bob!

Group of friends traveling to Ptown together. We have been coming together for the past 10 years.

Overall really good experience. Owner was easy to get ahold of and very nice. We typically stay on the West end, but decided to change things up a bit and picked this location instead. Very happy with it. This place in particular had the benefits of being close to everything (5 min walk to the gym, 5 min walk to Stop N Shop, 10 min walk to Commercial), but still felt secluded and quiet due to all the trees surrounding it. We were here mid July, bedrooms were all perfect temperature with the units on. Overall would stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Provincetown, MA

We spent a wonderful 4th of July week in Ptown! This property was conveniently located to all things Ptown - Commercial Street, Stop-N-Shop, restaurants, nightlife and more! Although it is conveniently located, it is has a dash of seclusion as it is nestled within a canopy of trees, attracting a variety of bird species. The town home is spacious and very comfortable for six guests. Having a bathroom on each floor is very convenient, as well. This property had all the amenities and equipment (W/D, full kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, etc.) to make it a wonderful week in Ptown! Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful condo in a great location.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great deck for enjoying the outdoors. It was nice having two parking spaces. We enjoyed walking into town. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for our group of six. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Bed linens and towels were provided which was very convenient. We enjoyed amazing sunsets at Herring Cove Beach. Bob the owner is very pleasant and responsive. We hope to rent here again in the future.

Great house and convenient location!

My friends and I rented this house and found all the beds very comfortable and with 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for all five of us. The house is clean and the location is very convenient to downtown Provincetown. We will definitely be staying again! Bob is very friendly and is so easy to work with, looking forward to our next stay!

Could not ask for more!

We look forward to our annual trip to the Cape for the better part of every year. This year we decided to try something new and stayed in Provincetown. We rented this unit for the week and could not have been more pleased! This unit was spacious, updated, clean, and located within walking distance to everything we could have needed! We simply could not have asked for more. The owner is highly organized and made the process incredibly easy. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Clean, Spacious, Convenient!

With great luck we found this listing in the Spring and were able to secure the property for Carnival week 2015! This was our third year going to Carnival and by FAR this is the best property we have stayed in for our visit. Cleanliness Could not have been more clean and inviting Room to Roam While not a massive living room, the six of us never had a problem feeling comfortable in the common spaces Bedrooms Two second floor bedrooms are spacious, clean and have incredibly comfortable beds Third bedroom on top floor is AMAZING...spacious, light filled and great views Bathrooms Perfect and clean Side Deck This is where you'll spend most of your time...and it's PERFECT! Large enough for a group, private enough to not feel like you are exposed to the neighbors and as peaceful as can be in the morning while enjoying coffee/breakfast while watching birds and squirrels play in the trees Misc AIR CONDITIONING! It was unusually warm this year and having three power AC units, plus 4 floor fans was key to making sure everyone was comfortable Kitchen is perfect, dishwasher was a great touch

Nice, but could have been cleaner

This was my first time renting in provincetown, as I have usually only gone down for an overnight, or weekend at most. The house was charming and Bob was very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and communicated everything well. I was looking forward to the week, and then we got there. 1) The condo was dirty. Not terribly dirty, but when you are shelling out a few thousand dollars for a weeks rental, you do not expect to walk in and find cobwebs with dead bugs trapped in them hanging from the ceilings in multiple rooms, or dead bugs on the floor, or around the air conditioners. The condo is near some woods and with woods come bugs, but with a cleaning lady coming between tenants, that should not have looked like that when we arrived just a few hours after her cleaning. 2) The faucet in the bathroom was leaking water constantly. 3) The bed in the back bedroom was worn out to the point that my partner and I literally rolled to the center of the bed when we tried to sleep that first night. It's not very comfortable when you're clinging to the side of the bed to avoid rolling back into a gully and into each other. You would expect a decent bed, especially in a place that has rental traffic. We ended up switching bedrooms and letting our single friend sleep there. He did not mind sleeping in the dip. We had a fun week in ptown, as we always do, but my experience did not match up with the other reviews for this condo.

Great place - Great location

This is a great place in a great location. It's modern and clean with plenty of space. Bob, the owner, couldn't have been any easier to work with. When our plans changed last minute he was very accommodating and did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely rent again.

Well maintained, large wonderful vacation home

I have rented this property for numerous years and every time I return I am pleasantly surprised at how well appointed, clean, peaceful and centrally located the condo is. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and each bedroom is air conditioned. There are two generous parking spots and it is easy to keep your bikes on the deck. The washer and dryer is also an added luxury when you want to wash your beach towels or any of your shorts and tees. This property is clean, well maintained and the property manager/owner is responsive and extremely pleasant. I would (and have) recommended this property to family and friends and I will continue to rent this property, great place.

A quiet get-a-way yet close to the action

I have had the enjoyable experience of renting for a few years from this owner - he not only keeps a clean and well maintained residence but he has continued to update the residence year after year (this year's upgade was air conditioning in the 2nd floor bedrooms). The house is 3 levels with a comfortable open seating arrangement on the first floor (with a full bathroom), the 2nd floor has 2 really good sized comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with a large jacuzi tub, the 3rd floor is a full loft bedroom with another bathroom. There is also a washer & dryer in the cellar. I usually visit after the summer rush and enjoy sitting out on the deck or in the small garden area to just read and relax. It's a short walk into the downtown area and close to (walkable) the major grocery store in the area. I have found the owner to be great and available for any questions concerning the property. I enjoy the fact that it's just far enough out of the "action" that it's very quiet and restful at night but close enough to walk down to Commercial Street to visit the restraurants, clubs and show venues. Overall I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a get-a-way that is comfortable and well maintained. I know I will continue to rent from Bob in the future.

Settle in to comfort

We arrived at the condo as light streamed in the windows, it was clean and well taken care of. We settled in to a very comfortable rhythm with our friends and while the living space was not large we had plenty of room on the comfortable couches. The bedrooms were lovely, the beds comfortable and the three floors provided plenty of privacy when desired. We had a delightful time and are already planning for next year. It's a great location a quick walk to town and very quiet. Bob was easy to work with and accommodating. We have finally found our annual Ptown rental!
