The room was clean but could use a few more towels and wash rags for 6 people. There’s no blanket for the couch bed so it’s a good thing my kids brought blankets. The staff was at the property were all rude. They closed the pool around 3 every day either for weather or sanitation even though there was none. My bracelet never worked at the gates. There are only 2 banks of 2 elevators on each side of the property so we always had to wait in line for the elevator which was hot and people packed in like sardines. But otherwise we had a great time inPCB.

Spectacular views and very secure resort

Great views from the 20th floor! Condo is as advertised. Clean, updated, and has a well stocked kitchen. Resort staff is friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive to texts and had sheets delivered within 24 hours of request. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Overall good

Location is great however it’s very busy. The 2 negatives to this property are the elevators (long wait times) and the parking garage. This doesn’t come with a reserved parking space and trying to find one you can park in was hard. It’s also extremely tight spaces and narrow turns entering and exiting levels. It gave us anxiety trying to get in and out of there. But the condo itself was fine. Also right next to Pineapple Willy’s. And the pools aren’t heated starting in March which we didn’t realize.

Rental was nice. Beach view was very nice! Pool was very nice, but crowded in June. Elevators to the 20th floor or to ground level were not ideal with long waits and very warm. The entire facility lost water twice during our stay for a total of about a day and a half, which also meant no AC since the unit was liquid cooled. Overall it was a nice stay, but not sure I would stay there again due to the water/AC issues we had.

This unit was very nice and clean with everything working as it should within the condo itself. Our only complaints were related to The Shores of Panama building. Specifically the elevator with its very long wait times and the parking garage which is an accident waiting to happen. The pool areas and bar and grill were nice.
