Great location - convenient to everything in the area and a true ski in ski out condo. Host were very welcoming, nice and responsive. It was cozy, warm and sleeps plenty.
This is exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect for skiing, the owners were great to communicate and we were minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Thanks for a great place to stay.
Location is great for skiing. Condo is comfortable and has everything needed to cook meals. Also has easy access to Banner Elk for going out. We particularly loved the coffee bar, large island, pantry space to store our food, and comfy sofas along with the big TV. Great to relax after days/nights on the slopes.

Thank you so much for staying with us! It was a pleasure to host your family and we hope to have you as repeat guests!
This is a wonderful condo for the family. The condo is well furnished with everything needed for our stay. There was an issue, however the management team was easy to contact, excellent in communication and resolved the issue.
We will definitely stay again.
We recently stayed at Sugar to take advantage of no school. The place is great. It’s ski in/out so kids were able to take break or grab at bite. My wife didn’t ski but was able to watch a little from the deck with our mini Goldendoddle. The kitchen living room are setup nice to eat, play games and watch some football. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back.
Place was perfect, super clean, super cozy, Everything needed to stay. Things that other VRBOs dont provide. Plenty of toilet paper, Extra towels, complimentary shampoo and con. , PAPER TOWELS, Extra pillows. FULLY STOCKED COFFEE BAR. Fully stocked kitchen, fast wifi, GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER. Location is perfect right beside the slope. Great price, plenty of parking. Sleds for the kids. FIVE STAR ALL AROUND.

Great property
This is a great place to stay on Sugar Mountain. However, it is getting a little worn. Very well equipped, but most of the fry pans were not usable. Rugs were dirty in spots. Also I suggest you get your dryer vent cleaned out. When I washed whites, I had blue lint. Every load had heavy blue lint.

Many hiking trails, waterfalls, and even caverns to explore. Owner/property manager was very responsive to questions and requests and checked up with us to make sure our stay was all we expected. Highly recommend!
