Perfect getaway

It was the perfect last minute getaway for spring break. We loved the pool and the neighborhood. The house is so well decorated and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Great house and location. St andrews park is where you will want to go with young kids. You can snorkel by the jetties and see spade fish, angel fish, sea horses and several other reef fish. Then come back to a great house and jump into the pool.

Great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed having the privacy of the pool! Highly recommend adding the golf cart! My kids loved being able to take it out for nightly drives especially down to the beach for dinner/sunset. There’s also access to the inner coastal down the street for fishing! We will for sure book again if we’re ever in the area again!

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay!! The house was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. It is located close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle, bustle, and traffic of the PCB strip. The family absolutely LOVED playing in and lounging around the pool on days when the gulf was feeling feisty. The host was super nice and everything about this stay was a breeze! We would definitely rent this place again! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Memorial Day stay at Sea Gem

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Gem over Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our visit. We really liked having our own pool, the location of the house in relation to the beach, and the option to rent a golf cart with the house made getting around a breeze. Also, I enjoyed not having to deal with the large crowds of people in the condominium complexes. It was great to be about to park within feet of the front door. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit PCB in the future.

Nothing short of awesome!

Oh, I can write for days, but I'll keep it short. The property is BEAUTIFUL and well maintained. Accessing, checking in, and checking out was a breeze. They answered all questions I had and were very kind and helpful. The pool area is sooo cute. I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it more!!! Me, my teenaged daughter, 3 of her friends, and one of my friends went for their Spring Break. The house it do comfyband clean, that I really wanted to be a home body while on vacation. The next time I go to Panama City, I'll be booking this property again. Thanks Meredith and Daniel, for your continuous and kind engagement throughout our trip!!!! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and was plenty of space for our family of five. Much larger than the pictures showed. Very close to the beach and the added option of the golf cart was an awesome convenience. Host was always available and easy to get ahold of. Over all great experience will definitely book in the future.

House is super nice, pool was a little smaller than expected but was mainly for the kids anyways. House was clean, showers were good. Only complaint was golf cart super slow compared to local rentals.
