Communication was stellar and prompt right out of the gate. Jimmy was thorough and gracious and we could not have asked for a better host. He answered questions and replied right away. The location is excellent. Really central, quiet street off of a larger street. We had everything we needed and it was perfect for our two adult children, our son-in-law and us. Close to freeway access, restaurants and store for groceries. Clean and neat and everything you need. Great for going to Disneyland!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our trip to Disneyland. The neighborhood was great with friendly neighbors and a short 15-20 minute drive to Disneyland. The host communicated extremely well and the amenities were new and nice. We spent our days at the Parks so mostly slept in the home. I would stay again and this home on a future trip.

Great stay!

Honestly I have no concerns about our stay. The house was clean, having a washer and dryer was ideal. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet. There are donuts very close by from an amazing bakery

Nice place to stay for a family trip to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. 15-25 min drive ,depending on traffic. Minimally outfitted kitchen. Worked OK for us as we just made simple breakfast and ate all other meals out. Good communication with host. Some wear and tear items need attention but overall, a nice stay

The neighborhood is quaint, quiet beautiful and close to things. Perfect location. The house is beautiful inside with updated decor, beautiful bathrooms , comfortable beds and a large laundry room. We loved almost everything about this place and would stay again. Some small cons: the back patio was not well kept with a broken wicker coffee table and dirty seat cushions so we did not utilize this space. However it is super cute and private and would just need a little sprucing up to make it perfect! Also there were no potholders or kitchen towels in kitchen which made food prep and cleaning a little more challenging. Check out process was quick and easy and the communication was excellent!! Definitely a great place to stay for our family of 6!!

An ideal experience

I booked this space for my son and I for a quick trip to Disney. Everything is accurately described in the listing. The home is lovely and the remodel is delightfully curated to make guests feel comfortable. The host was available, helpful and mindful, yet nonintrusive. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable. I would stay here again and highly recommend the property.

We had an amazing stay at this home and would absolutely give it 5 stars. The house is beautifully renovated and very tastefully decorated. It felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together from the moment we arrived. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described.Communication with the owner was excellent. Jimmy was very responsive throughout the entire process and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. It made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.Our whole family loved the stay, so much so that even my 4 year old keeps asking when we can come back!Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we plan to return again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well kept home with a great host.

Clean and peaceful home

My family needed a place to stay for a few days while work was being done at our home. This place fit the bill! There was plenty of space for us to spread out upstairs and down. It was so convenient to have the 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 down stairs. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and comfy. It was so nice to have a peaceful place to land for a few days in the midst of the construction chaos going on at our house.

Family emergency

This was booked last minute, and I wanted to be comfortable and cozy, didn’t know exactly who was going to be by. I was visiting my son and my grandkids. My son had just been released from the hospital, and booking this was last minute. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the responsiveness of the host, and just the comfort of a place overall. I would stay here again and if I could rate it at 10, I would..

The house is easily accessed by multiple highways, in a really quiet neighborhood near a couple local cafes and shops. It was really easy to find and the parking was great. The check in went really easy and the host was easily contacted, we did not experience an issue beyond a burned out lightbulb which I think speaks to the care of the property. The furniture has basic wear and tear from previous visitors but everything was clean and the home didn't have any negative odors. The only possible complaint I could have is the stairwell is a little steep. Nothing wrong with it per se, but good to know when carrying luggage or attempting the stairwell late at night hahaha. Overall, the beds were comfy, the house was clean, and I would HAPPILY book this home again. 10/10 in my book!
