The View House is a stunning vacation home in the esteemed Hamilton Creek with a 2023 complete renovation - new everything! The house is situated in a peaceful scattered residential neighborhood and is perfect for families and groups looking for a quiet, relaxing break any time of the year.

Luxe living at its finest with a stunning formal living room, a family room for the kids, a gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms, including a bunk room, a loft, and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Through the magnificent window wall, views from every room, from the expansive deck or the covered outdoor living space soak in breathtaking panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and lush valleys.

Spend fun-filled days on the slopes or delight in a plethora of summer activities including hiking, biking, fishing, mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding and boating on Lake Dillon.

Ninety miles away from Denver International Airport, this property is located near six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (15miles), Breckenridge (20miles), Keystone (13miles), A-Basin (17miles), Loveland (15miles), and Vail/Beaver Creek (34miles). Additionally, Lake Dillon is just a 10-minute drive away, as well as the outlets at Silverthorne. The home is also close to Frisco for festivals, cute shops and café life style. You are away from it all yet moments away from great activities, restaurants, music festivals and shopping.

We have poured our heart and soul into creating a vacation home for our family and friends to enjoy for years to come! We are happy to share with you and hope that you will treat our home with respect and care.

Amazing Rental

Beautiful home in an excellent location! We had two families staying together and more than enough room for all of us. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our pickup & large SUV both fit in the garage which was very nice. All the kids enjoyed having their own space on the first floor and the amazing bunk room! The views were spectacular and the kitchen was the perfect place to cook together. It was a short trip to Breckenridge to ski each day and a lot less crowded in Silverthorne. The town is great with lots of dining options, a great grocery store and equipment rentals too. We stay in VRBO’s often and this one is top notch! Book it…you will not be disappointed!

5 star location, unobstructed views of the mountains

We couldn't have found a better home to spend our week enjoying the beauty of the Silverthorne area. Of course, the house is appropriately named "View House". The windows provide spectacular unobstructed views of the snow covered peaks. Access to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper and other ski destinations are all within 20 minutes drive. The kitchen rates highest---5 stars--- for best equipped kitchen for a family that enjoys home cooked meals. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware; just about everything one needs to prepare and serve a delicious meal. Appliances are new. Kitchen and adjoining dining room (seats 8 +) make meals enjoyable. For me, it was a special treat to open the pantry closet and see a selection spices. Thank you for thinking of that. My brother-in-law added: Architecture and functionality of home is superb.. All beds provided a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the day. We loved the photo wall in the downstairs family room. Awesome job photographer! My daughter and her friend loved the Queen bed/bunk bed set up and the incredible wake up views of the mountains. We know you put much time, energy and thought into your house rehab. It shows. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.
