Great location within walking distance to restaurants. Perfect if you have a dog with you as well because there are many grassy areas within close distance. The view was very nice and parking was easy. There were a few minor repairs needed and definitely new beach chairs if they still choose to offer them to guests. But overall, I’d definitely go back there again!

Great location!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Neighbors were friendly. We were close to the great restaurants, stores and the ferry which we took to New York. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great location. Convenient to restaurants/ beaches/ lighthouses/ ferry. Loved hearing the lapping of water while we slept. Lovely dock w chairs to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Perfect little 1 bedroom cottage right on the water. Excellent seafood, ice cream, and drinks all a short stroll away. Ample parking. Fishing & kayaking all right there. Easy access to Sandy Hook Beach Park & Sea Bright beaches.
