Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, B9.

This near water-level top-floor 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, beautiful cathedral ceilings with a skylight, and amazing views of crystal-blue Water Bay. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B9 sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a bright, open layout designed for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway.

The villa features a king bedroom with shutter doors for added privacy, or the option to leave them open and enjoy the water views from bed. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with vanity area and can be accessed from both the bedroom and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, cookware, and other essentials for preparing meals or blending a cocktail for happy hour. Indoor dining for 4 offers beautiful views, while the living area includes a sleeper sofa and large sliding glass doors leading to the balcony with outdoor dining for 4 and two lounge chairs.

B9 is located in the lower section of the resort and offers a near-water-level setting with beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront area. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. Amazing views but needs a lot of TLC

Spectacular view. But the place is very old is definitely need a lot of work. AC was extremely loud and had to turn it off to be able to sleep since it was right above the bed. We had to open the windows at night but the screens we damaged and mosquitoes were getting in. Normally we don't watch much TV on vacation but there were a couple of days with really bad weather. The TV is so old and sound is terrible. The DVD/VSR (lol) wasn't working and it looked like is hadn't worked in years. One of our lounge chairs was broken. Maintenance guy took it and never replaced it. Inquired about a mattress pad since the bed was way too firm and management never got back to us. Overall we enjoyed our stay since the beaches was beautiful and the food was amazing. But if we ever come back would definitely choose a different unit

Great location, property is a bit dated, unit we stayed in could use new paint, new mattress, and an AC unit that stays on more than 15 mins. Restaurant was closed on Sunday as was water activities.

Amazing view from condo with a constant breeze. With the condo facing east was subjected to early morning sunrises even with curtain pulled. Also, the floor near with kitchen "gives" when walked in. Condo could benefit with a few updates. Cooler, beach chairs & pool noodles were very helpful.

Good location

This room was in an amazing location. We hung out the shoreline bar and grill a lot and even made our way to margaritaville once. We were so content with just laying at the beach. Great memories were made at this resort!

So beautiful!

We had a GREAT time here! The resort was beautiful and the Customer service was amazing! We flew in at 7:30am and when we went to check in, because nobody was checking out of our room, we were able to check in that early! We did have some trouble with the toilet, but when we called the desk, they sent someone down to help. There were also little ants in the kitchen, but other than water, we really didn't use the kitchen so I didn't bother saying anything. The views were amazing and the location of this condo specifically was perfect. Right near the bottom pool and the on-site restaurant. On the nights they had live music playing, we could hear it and it was great. The deck on the lower pool was composite and beautiful but it gets VERY HOT in the sun so wear your sandals back and forth between your chair and the water. The resort is VERY HILLY so if you are in the hugher condos, its a long walk down to the beach but the walk back up is FAR worse! We didn't head down to the Point Pleasant beach because the Margaritaville beach was closer and we spent more time out or at the pool than lying on the beach, though we did walk to Coki beach and other than having to pay for chairs, the water was STUNNING! The taxi drivers were all super nice, the shuttle drivers, Charlie and Willy, were great, the girls in the office were all great, truly no complaints. And if you go, do the ziplining. SUCH A good time, breathtaking views and the guides are HILARIOUS!

We had a wonderful time. The view was wonderful and the staff was completely warm and welcoming. Loved their kindness and that very much made for a wonderful vacation. Your shuttles were quick and easy to get. Shuttle back and forth from airport was also a good experience.

Our stay at Point Pleasant couldn't have been any better. We had the time of our lives. Everyone was so suggestive and helpful. We had a really great time. The resort was pleasant. Sugar Beach was the perfect little get away from everyone else on the island. B9 was beautiful to say the least. The location had the best view of the bay and St John. Panga was entertaining each night and the shuttles were prompt and accommodating. The staff at the front desk were personable and approachable. Thank you so much for cultivating such a paradise. You were all a great part of our experience. :)

We were very satisfied. I would say a 5. Great view, clean place, great customer service, and shuttle service helped a bunch. Happy hour was fun. Also our girls loved the plastic water devices (zayaks?).

Lovely Villa

The resort was beautiful and the room was exactly as described. It was roomy and had lots of natural light. The staff was very pleasant and service was prompt when requested. We enjoyed the snorkeling equipment and ride to nearby beaches. There are a few small items that might need attention. There is a loose floor tile in the main room near the kitchen bar. It is only slightly loose now but could break if not cemented. There was only one chaise lounge on the deck. A second would have been nice. A couple of plastic glasses would be helpful to take to the pool also. Thanks for a nice vacation experience!

Great Resort

We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing from our location, and just sitting on the deck in the evening with the warm breeze was so nice. The staff were very responsive when we requested anything. The restaurant had great food. We were close by to really great beaches. We were very pleased and would stay there again.
