Great rental. Love that the owner has beach, chairs, wagons, floats, and even a kayak. Also having a pack and play so we don’t have to bring that is helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Best stay in Cape Charles

This is our 6th year in Cape Charles and this was our best rental experience. The houses are in a great location to the side of the beach we enjoy. It super close to the park for the kids. The back yard is fenced in and perfect for our dog. They have every detail in check including lots of wall hooks for towels and bathing suits.

Great Family Stay!

We rented both sides for a family vacation (15 people total, 7 adults and 8 kids). The house is very close to the beach and to everything in town. We rented golf carts and didn’t have to move our cars except for grocery runs. The kids loved the kids rooms and had plenty of room to play. The adults loved sitting on the front porch. The outside showers were great for after the beach and the kayaks were so fun in the water. It was great having the beach chairs and toys there to use since we don’t live by the beach, we enjoyed not having to buy it for the trip. Adam was very attentive and great to work with. Any time we reached out he got back to us right away. (We locked ourselves out and he had us back in within 15 minutes). We really enjoyed both the house and the town and would definitely visit again!
