Located in the beautiful and gated, 18-hole course community of Kelly Greens, this totally renovated two bedrooms, two bath condo is waiting to greet you! Close to warm, sandy beaches, fine dining, baseball stadiums, casinos, and more shopping than you can tackle in several days! Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, guest bedroom has a full-size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen tv's. Call and make your reservation before it's too late!

*** Please note these are self-maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

If transferring club membership from owner, the cost is $600 and approval takes 30 days. The 30 days starts when you turn in the application and fee.
During months of January thru April, bookings are a 90-day minimum. Other months, there is a 30-day minimum.
