The bathrooms were recently renovated, so unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the sinks design. We’re sorry the trash chute was not working properly during your stay and understand how inconvenient that was. We will notify the HOA as that’s a shared amenity. Regarding the noise from the condo above, we’re sorry that impacted your evenings. Unfortunately, that type of noise can be difficult to control in a condominium building, but we certainly understand how disruptive it can be. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.
