About this property

Beautiful Beach Front 2BR, 2BA, 3rd Floor Unit with lots of amenities

Enjoy a beautiful gulf view from the moment you walk in the door. This unit is an updated spacious 2-bedroom/2-bath condo (one king bed and two full size beds) with a queen sofa sleeper and/or a twin trundle bed, fully furnished kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.) and a full-size stacked washer/dryer. You can access the balcony from the master bedroom and the living room and take in the amazing sunset views. The entry closet and outside storage bin is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Board games are also provided.

During your stay, you can enjoy either of the two pools, one of which is heated year-round, and a large indoor hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool, small weight room, a billiards/poker room, outdoor grills, corn hole and more. Enjoy the onsite Sandbar where you can order delicious and filling snacks and of course your favorite cocktail drink or beer. Summertime has a variety of events, such as karaoke night, ice cream social, movies on the lawn and more.

Outside of the building complex, you will find a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and many places to enjoy live music every night of the week. There are also many attractions, such as miniature golf, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works and so much more.

As the owner, I take great pride in keeping the unit up to date and comfortable so that it feels like home. I invite you to escape and have a relaxing Seaside Sea-Esta!!

Everything was as described and plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. All amenities were super nice in the room and being on the 3rd floor we could hit the stairs and avoid long lines a he elevator get us to the pool or beach with ease. All chairs and toys for kids were there too like mentioned in the description so that was a big bonus also. We will book here again!

excellent unit! I've been coming down to the regency every year for 40 years. This is my favorite unit! It comes with everything you need, even had spices in the kitchen! Even came with beach chairs, toys and umbrella in the front closet! Beds were comfy and unit nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again!

Little piece of heaven.

This place is awesome. It overlooks the ocean and both swimming pools. I am in a wheelchair so we spent a lot of time in the condo on the deck watching the beach and the people. Views were spectacular.The kitchen is well appointed. Yvonne even provides disposable make up wipes in the bathrooms. Nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for the month of February and created some wonderful memories here. We will be back. Thanks Yvonne for being so helpful!
