Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, C8.

This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a unique wraparound balcony, and extraordinary views of Water Bay, Pineapple Beach, and the surrounding islands. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, C8 sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a relaxing lower-resort setting with beautiful waterfront scenery.

The villa features a queen bedroom with sliding doors for added privacy, a full bathroom, and a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, two side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Three sets of sliding glass doors connect the villa to the balcony, creating a bright and open feel throughout the space. The updated kitchen includes a cooktop, convection oven microwave, and elevated bar seating for 2, while the dining area seats 4 and also includes a writing desk for added convenience.

One of C8’s standout features is the large wraparound balcony, which includes outdoor dining for 6 and two chaise lounges, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service also operates throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. Awesome St. Thomas getaway

Great villa with privacy and all you want within St.Thomas.Your own home away from home overlooking St Johns, bay,and pool (with bar restaurant underneath). Driving distance to beaches and to all that St Thomas offers. Can even take short walk to Margaritavill for their nightlife. Enjoyed our 8 days there immensely!

Wonderful views!! Very neat and clean! New on site bar/restaurant was lots of fun with an incredible menu. On site pool was well clean and inviting. Would love to stay here again

Looking at all of the other units, I think this is one of the best, you get amazing views but you are also close to the Pool and the bar. We loved it. the wrap around balcony is amazing.

Loved it, a little bit away from the main town but the shuttle was a great asset

Loved the condo. Great location right by the pool, the water and the bar/restaurant. Plenty of space with a great view of the water and sunrises. The only drawback was the a/c is on a 6 hr timer so you wakeup in the middle of the night and have to turn it for another 6 hrs. Would definitely rent again!

Great place with tons to do. The too. Was great, spacious and the views of the inlet from our room were stunning. The on property restaurant and bar was great, we actually went to Margaritaville to check it out and quickly realized we should have eaten at our place again. Everything was so great we actually inquired to stay a few more days.

A wonderful stay. The apartment location was great with stunning 180 degree views. Was kitted out with everything we needed. Private. Well kept. Perfect Check in was delayed which was disappointing after a long flight, otherwise I’d have given it a 5. Staff were great

Stunning Views

We had the best time renting this condo. Pictures don’t do it justice! The views are absolutely amazing. The condo had everything we needed. I loved the convenience of this unit. One flight of stairs down, and you’re in the unit. Two more flights down and there’s a restaurant which was really nice for a quick bite or drinks. Point Pleasant is very convenient to all the local beaches. We loved Sapphire Beach and Coki Beach. Trunk Bay in St John is worth a ferry ride. I would rent this condo again, and I look forward to visiting your beautiful island next year.

Views were stunning from the wrap around balcony. Plenty of outdoor space on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped so we could make breakfast, sandwiches for the beach and an occasional dinner. Location was perfect. We walked to Margaritaville and Coki beach. Very close to Redhook and other beaches on the East side. The floats were a nice surprise and we took them with us to all the beaches! We went to St Croix (via Seaplane), St John multiple times and a day trip to the BVIs.

A unique spot for your home in paradise

This was so close to being an "Excellent" rating and I would still go back to Point Pleasant Resort. The only negatives were that we were given a different unit than we reserved and that the unit could have benefited from a thorough cleaning of the walls/floors. It wasn't bad; just not quite top shelf. Now the good... Fantastic location with it built into the rocks that make up the hill. So unique! The trails to get to the pools (they have 3), office and restaurants are so enjoyable to walk (and a nice workout). Also EVERY employee we came in contact with was very friendly and positive. The Sun & Sea restaurant had great food with a great waterside location right on the water with loads of Tarpon swimming around. The service staff were fantastic here as well. The grounds and pool areas were well maintained.

Very comfortable and great location

I didn't know what to expect when I first got to St. Thomas with it being my first travel experience. Our place was very nice secluded, beautiful views, clean and supplied everything that might of needed as far as things to cook and eat with. I liked that they had a smart TV so I could log into my apps A++ for that, game changer 😉, although midway through trip TV wouldn't let me in I geuss wifi at the island but I was able to Screenshare my phone. That and bed needs a new boxspring, other than that I was very pleased!

January 2024 family vacation

This was our first stay at Point Pleasant (our 6th trip the STT) and we will definitely back! There were 4 of us. Two adults and two kids (16 & 11). We had to come a day early due to the weather forecast in our area. (Big snow storm) They were able to get us a room for an extra night, no problem. We were so grateful. It was a different condo but we didn’t care as we just needed a place to stay. It was two floors below where our original condo was so it was a quick and easy move the next morning to our original booking. This specific condo is right above Sun and Sea Bar and Grill(which we loved!). We have been to Sun and Sea in the past when it was Shoreline Bar and Grill. (I would say much better now with the new owners, they were great!) it’s also a close walk to Margaritaville, Coki Beach and Picasso’s, a cute little local Coffee Shop that we enjoy to go to. The view from the wrap around balcony is stunning! Nothing beats an Ocean view! It also over looks the lower pool which was nice to be close to with kids, though we usually spend most of our time at all of the different beaches. Thank you for a great stay!

We have stayed here before and love the location of the condo and the views from the large wrap around balcony . It’s Just a short walk down hill to the Shoreline Bar & Grill and Pool. Having the extra Beach Chairs and floats were exceptionally helpful as we spent most of our days at Magens Bay. The grounds here are absolutely beautiful and the staff at Point Pleasant are very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns you have. Can’t wait to come back again. Nice, but noisy

This is a nice place overall. Great view overlooking the bay and convenient to Red Hook ferry to Saint John. What I didnot appreciate was the thumping bass from the shoreline bar and grill that is at the ground floor of our building. It was awful to have to listen to this thump thump beat all day until the grill closed. I did complain to the front desk and they were apologetic and said they would let the grill know (it’s part of the resort property) but this didn’t make much of a difference. I am glad to be checking out and don’t think I will be staying here again. The descriptions for this rental should really advise guests about this because for some, it is a dealbreaker and for others, well maybe they don’t care. I do.

This condo was exactly as pictured! I’m very fussy on my bed and pillows and these were comfortable. Everything was there you could possibly need. We never turned on the tv so I’m not sure about that, why would you the view was amazing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The resort itself could use some tlc, we found ground maintenance to be lacking. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved it.

The accommodation and the overall property (Point Pleasant Resort) were terrific. First, we loved the views and aesthetic of the location -- carefully constructed on the NE slope of the island with inspiring vistas at every bend and tasteful lighting provides a nice ambiance and comfort at night. The condo apartment has great decks for soaking in the sights and feeling the breezes (which were solid during our stay). The interior of the apartment was ideal. A nice layout that's comfortably arranged and outfitted. It was useful to have a very functional kitchen for making meals and drinks... the bar and table were used throughout our visit, including the blender and toasters. Our kids slept on the pullout couch which worked, although is a bit lumpy. We visited a different beach everyday using the safari truck and taxis, and we also really appreciated the 3 pools at the PPR. One relaxing day we compared all three. The middle "resort" pool got highest remarks but we loved having the adjacent pool for starlight swims! The TV was nice to have for some evening enjoyment. Also both restaurants at PPR are worth visiting. We went to the shoreline grill several times. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The location is lovely and convenient... with walkable swim options (Coki, Water Bay and Sugar Beach) and other great options within minutes Lindquist (our favorite), Sapphire and Secret Harbor. And Red Hook and St John are just stops. Thank you for making this wonderful spot available!

Gorgeous “work from home” retreat

I stayed for one week to have a mini “retreat” while working remotely. The place had everything I needed with kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, and extra towels. I really enjoyed the personal touches of the apartment, it felt like I was in my own vacation home. The wifi was strong and reliable through the whole week and was able to handle hours of video conference calls. The ocean view from the incredible wrap around balcony made all the conference calls worth it! I appreciated how quiet, clean, and comfortable the apartment was. The resort amenities are fantastic, but I recommend renting a car if you want more independence to explore the island.
