Perfect for couples or families, this cozy lakeside home is made for slowing down, unwinding, and creating fun, lasting memories by the water. Only a 15 minute drive from historic Sackets Harbor, which is located directly across the lake. Take a 45-min scenic drive to the beautiful 1000 Islands which straddle the borders of the US & Canada.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Garbage must be put into garbage bags and placed into black trash bins outside before departure. Please remove all garbage from inside of house. *Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
*PLEASE BRING BLACK GARBAGE/RECYCLING BINS TO CURB BEFORE DEPARTURE OF YOUR STAY **No loose garbage in outdoor can, no Recycling mixed with trash.
*Turn off all lights and set heat to 60 degrees in fall and winter. Also, turn off the space heater or AC's if used. * Close/ lock windows, lock sliding door & main entrance from outside door ONLY
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loose garbage or recycling in outdoor cans, NO Recycling mixed in with trash bags. **PLEASE BRING BLACK TRASH BINS TO CURB BEFORE DEPARTURE **
If heat is on please set heat to 60 degrees upon departure. Turn off all lights and lock sliding door and very front door. Just close door to kitchen.
Glass, plastics and cans must have their own separate bags and put into black bins outside. Please make sure all trash is out of house and dishes done

The property was such a nice little cozy place. Right on the water, with access, with the sound of the waves every night. The property is a little secluded just with the general area it is in, but there’s a market a little down the road and just about a 20 min drive to Watertown.

Traveled from California to New York for son’s graduation and post family vacation . This was one of our stops for half of us which we thoroughly enjoyed . Beautiful lake views with all the comforts of home . Would definitely come back again !

Stellar by the water

Just right for 4 adults and 3 nights. Kitchen well stocked with the right stuff for cooking (which we did). We spent many hours outside on the deck...view was incredible. Would definately stay there again

Relaxing week away

We loved staying here! The home is beautiful, clean and updated. It is centrally located to many Thousand island towns, which we visited. We loved relaxing on the deck and the rocks for the waves, sunsets, and fishing. There was only one bad part having to leave! A grill, firepit and a raft would be bonuses. Mosquito zappers or citronella candles are much needed.
The sky offered a different surprise every night ❤️🌅

The house was beautiful. Perfect for our girl's weekend. Every morning we woke up to see the sunrise. It was clean, and spacious. Had all the amenities you could want.

Beautiful and relaxing!

What a great place! Beautiful property - great view- so relaxing! The property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures! It is super clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We had busy days traveling to the other small towns in the area but loved coming back to the house to relax on the deck overlooking the water. The host Samantha is very responsive although we really didn't need anything from her. Check in was easy and convenient. If you are traveling to this area, you should consider renting this home!
