Our charming family and pet friendly home in the heart of East Falmouth is the perfect spot to call home during your Cape Cod holiday! You’ll love the renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces, as well as the spacious backyard with a deck and patio. It`s the perfect spot to unwind for a peaceful escape, while still being close to the best attractions on Cape Cod, such as nearby beaches, shops and wineries.

We are so excited to share our home with you! Minutes from the famous Falmouth beaches, downtown and restaurants, this is the perfect spot to call home during family and friend beach getaways.

When you walk in you’ll be welcomed into a spacious open kitchen, dining, and living space. This space was recently completely renovated with bright white finishes and has a quintessential modern beach house feel.

The kitchen has brand new modern appliances and fully stocked custom cabinets with everything you’ll need to enjoy meals at the dining table or outside on the deck in the summer.

The living room has a gas fireplace, large LG smart TV, a sleek, powerful sound system, and comfortable leather seating.

The first floor is completed by a king sized bedroom, queen sized bedroom, and a full bathroom with a rain shower head.

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, featuring a shower with multiple jets and full size laundry. One bedroom has two queen beds, a desk that is perfect for working from home (if you must!), and a smart flat screen TV. The other bedroom has a queen bed, oversized reading chair and a walk in closet.

Last, but not least, the downstairs media room has a large sectional perfect for all the kids (or kids at heart) to pile up and watch a movie on the 3rd smart TV or play one of the many board games provided. This floor also has an exterior door that opens to the multi level, expansive outdoor space, shuffleboard table, a work out area with a wall mirror, yoga mats, 3 lb free weights and a full bathroom with shower.

The fenced backyard offers a private oasis, with two patios with seating, outdoor dining, a table top fire pit, yard games and aa= grill and plenty of yard space to play games and for kids and pets to run around! If you`re planning to spend a day at the beach, we have beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, games and more for you to enjoy.

Our home is a short drive to Main Street in downtown Falmouth, where you can spend the afternoon perusing the boutique shops and art galleries, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants and cafes lining the street. You`ll only be a 20 minute drive to both the iconic Nobska Lighthouse, where you can soak in the incredible sunsets, and Woods Hole, where you can set off to explore Martha`s Vineyard on a day trip.

If you`re traveling with a boat, we have plenty of room for parking it in the driveway. You`ll be only minutes from Bosun`s East Falmouth Marina and the Childs River Landing public boat ramp, from which you can set off to explore the Nantucket Sound.

You will have access to all parts of this home with the exception of one locked owner’s closet on the media room floor.

We are always available to help, but will never be overbearing.

Located on a charming cull de sac, a short walk to Bad Martha Farmer’s Brewery.

We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

There are exterior ONLY security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property. Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
