This is a very nice property. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Note: The pool isn’t very close to the condo.

House was so nice, just as described. Beds were comfortable; however, the couch is amazing! We did visit the pool one night, but it was still a little chilly. We are beach people, so in our spare time that's where we were, if not at the Shipyard. Overall, great place!

House was clean and organized. Although it rained almost the entire time we were there, the couple times we peeked into the pool area it seemed nice. Great neighborhood for walking!! Close to everything.

Nice townhouse and neighborhood

Nice updated townhouse. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Only issue was I’m short and the microwave is very high up on the wall.

A very nice rental property. One of the toilet handles needs repair. A note with property and location information would be helpful for your renters.

This cute little townhome was perfect for our family! It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet which we enjoyed at night, the checkin process was very easy and happy to have parking right in front. There were no extra blankets and no simple “comforts” like bottled water or coffee available. Though the coffee is not necessary, it’s almost expected nowadays especially at a location with 2 different coffee makers. We still enjoyed our stay for a night!

The location was perfect for a weekend of softball at Shipyard Park. The accommodation was just ok. The pictures listed are accurate. The amenities are very basic. The only lamp in the living room didn’t work so we had to move the only other available lamp from the guest bedroom. The master bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The microwave was so high I couldn’t reach it as were the cabinets where the dishes were kept. The proximity to the park was the best part of our stay.
