All bedrooms are located upstairs. Prime location in Spokane’s South Hill area, with quick 5 minute freeway access, 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and 30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene!

My kids and I stayed here over Thanksgiving, and we had a fantastic time. This home is beautiful and very well-appointed. It has everything you need to cook a meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modernness of the property. Everything was perfect for our motorcycle rally! All 5 touring motorcycles fit in the garage with ease . Very comfortable. Would definitely rent again!One thing that would make it even better, a BBQ for the back porch!

Brand New!!! And beautifully decorated

This place was perfect for our friends’ trip to attend a wedding. It was a new build—clean and beautifully decorated. The cold water awaiting us in the fridge was a nice touch and we enjoyed playing one of the board games on our last night there. Location was close to the freeway and airport. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great family trip

We have family that live in Spokane and we travel up every 6ish months to visit. This is the first time we’ve rented this house and it was great! It fit everyone perfectly and had everything we needed. The backyard was great for the kiddos. I also really appreciated the shower supplies, made it much easier to pack less. Will be renting again!

Excellent Property

The townhome was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed, such as, bathroom & kitchen essentials. After we booked, construction in front of the home began. The hostess, Tanya, reached out to me and offered a discount if we still wanted to stay. We took her up on her offer and had to park just outside the property, but we still enjoyed our stay. Communication with Tanya was great. Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We would definitely try to book this place again!

It was a great location for us. The owners have put together a very comfortable home. The towels were super soft and beds comfortable. Kitchen was nice and usable. Luckily they had a snow shovel since 5 inches had fallen before our arrival. Owners were very responsive to questions and have a great set up. Definitely would recommend if you have something going on in Spokane.

Stay in Spokane

The property was very nice! The reason I gave 4 stars for check in was when we arrived about 8 pm the house we booked had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, dishes in dish washer. I called the host, had to wait about 20 minutes to make actual contact. Host moved us to another property a block away. That property had a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms instead of a double bed. An adult had to sleep in a bunk bed which wasn't ideal. Pleased host had an immediate solution though! House was very nice and well appointed.

Welcoming

We loved the house it had lots of amenities that surprised us. There was cleaning supplies, games and shoe and coat rack just to name a few. The night lights in the bathrooms were very nice touch. We slept well in the beds. The garage was very nice option as well it was a quiet open and close as well as spacious inside garage. The only thing I think that they should have had was a peep hole at the door so that you don’t have to open the door to see who’s there. I would definitely stay here again and again if I come back to visit again.
