Two bedroom, one bath condo comfortably sleeps 6. Large private deck/patio with expansive grassy common area. A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, central air, skylights, cable, DVD players, wifi, gas grill and all linens provided. Step out back to relax and barbecue on your private patio.

Great Place

Very comfortable place and felt very safe. Location was close to attraction we wanted to visit. We enjoyed daily mass at Saint Peter Catholic Church. Oval Beach was great and watch beautiful sun sets

This was a beautiful condo to stay in—-comfortable, nicely decorated and great outdoor area! When I cooked a little, the kitchen definitely had everything! We especially liked the proximity to just about everything: the beach, the root beer barrel, downtown Douglas, nice restaurants, golf, mini golf and downtown Saugatuck! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay in Douglas! The house was exactly what we wanted with the space we needed. Prime location! Only a 5 min drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Quick walk to the root beer barrel and a little coffee shop. We will definitely be back and will book this same spot!

Great quiet location. Outdoor space was much loved!

Great location that let us bike to many different activities. We took full advantage of the shared outdoor space where the kids could burn off some energy. We even made use of the DVD player and available movies (although we didn’t make it through Shrek due to it freezing too many times). This is a great place for a family with younger kids.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was ideal for going to the beach, hiking, vineyards, and restaurants. When we had to stay in due to bad weather, the host made sure there were plenty of fun family-friendly board games to play as well as Roku TV. The large fenced back porch was a perfect place to do a little early morning bird watching while enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen was set up nicely with everything you'd need to prepare a meal.

Myself my sister and my mother really enjoyed this condo. We stayed two nights and used it as our home base to go to Tulip Time in Holland. We were very thankful that the property manager Rebecca told us about the opening of the lavender field in Fennville. We enjoyed the root beer barrel, the wonderful views down the road of Lake Michigan as well as the respite coffee shop. Very safe very quiet very clean with comfortable beds we would definitely recommend to others. The only improvement I can come up with to recommend is some kind of covering for the window in the bathroom.

We loved the condo as soon as we entered it! It shows that the owners have taken a lot of care and thought in making this a great place to stay. Every detail was beautiful. Audrey was very responsive to our needs. The location was also good. Short drive from most attractions.

I grew up in Western Michigan and have always loved all that the Michigan shoreline has to offer. My parents keep their boat in Saugatuck and it's has given us years of wonderful memories. Having the condo near my parents provide great family bonding while also serving as our getaway from our day-to-day hustle and bustle of our city life. We call Saugatuck our 'happy place' and hope you feel the same.

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect for all we want access to and convenience. We bike, walk, scooter around town easily. Neighbors are great and we are on a quiet street. We walk to ice cream, brunch, grab a pizza from the best pizza joint in town (Pizza Mambo - menu is already at the condo) or groceries. Not to mention being able to catch the sunset or wake up early for a run along the lake. You just can't beat it!!!

What makes this property unique

The condo offers us plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family of four's practical needs. It allows us the time away while also being together on one level with a nice open floor plan.
