The property was perfect!! Very clean, and plenty of space for the amount of people staying. The host was great at communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay!

Kailey, nothing beats a group having both room to spread out and a spotless place to land, and it's good that the back-and-forth before and during your stay kept you fully equipped. Groups looking for an easy, well-supplied base will find it here, and you're welcome back anytime.

This property was described perfectly and was a great option for our family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The communication was prompt and great. The only thing I would say somewhat negative is the lack of TVs in the bedrooms and the street is very narrow with cars on both sides of the street. Also the alley where the garage is, is very narrow and difficult with a large vehicle. The use of the large two car garage was an absolute blessing though. I would stay here again.

Nathan, the two car garage clearly earned its keep, especially with the narrow street and alley you navigated to reach it. Plenty of room indoors and out made it a natural fit for a family gathering. Your note on parking is useful for anyone arriving in a larger vehicle.

The property is very nice. It is as described & accommodated the 10 of us very well. The beds were very comfortable. The outside area was also a great gathering spot for us. The host was quick to respond to my communications. The only con that we saw is the living room sofa seemed old. It was stained and not very comfortable to sit on.

This house was amazing for my family of 11 and the host was even better. Clean, spacious, and cozy. They were able to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled 2 times and the rate was fair. Can't wait to come back to Indy to stay in our beautiful home away from home. Hopefully the weather is better and the kids can play at the beautiful park that is located at the end of the block. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!

Everything was just as advertised. Roads are super narrow, so it was a little bit hard to maneuver with a large vehicle. But the house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay was great! The VRBO was very clean and items were all restocked when we arrived. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Staying in Indianapolis, I am always worried about how the neighborhood will be but it was a very calm and safe neighborhood. We had a super easy easy drive to the convention center. We would love to stay here again next year!

Excellent host and property

We were in town for the Steelers/Colts game - the property was minutes from the arena as well as bars/restaurants. Prop manager was easy to communicate with, check-in/out were seamless.

This was a great place for our family vacation to Indy. Easy access to downtown, the zoo, and the Children’s Museum. My girls loved riding their scooters to the playground down the street (just a short walk). The hot tub was not hot right away, but we were able to heat it up for our 2nd night. The house is clean, gorgeous, and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated it being stocked with coffee. Owner is super responsive and kind. Check in and access were very easy. Garage was great as street parking can be tough.

Property was clean and beautiful. Pet friendly. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Great outdoor spaces. Manager communicated wonderfully. Check-in process was a breeze. Street parking was somewhat difficult but there is a large garage that can be accessed from behind the house.

This was an amazing space and it was very close to a nice park for kids to play at. The only complaint is that the street it’s on is pretty narrow and there is parking on both sides which could make getting through difficult. Otherwise - it’s a wonderful house to have a family with kids running around.

Absolutely amazing

We came in for the FDIC show in April and this place was close enough that an Uber only took 10 minutes, restaurants were close and the house was big enough to fit a few business partners. If you are looking to do anything downtown, I would highly recommend this house! It was beautiful, communication was great, check in and check out were very easy. We will look at staying here again next year without a doubt!

4 Generations Under One Roof

We were a 4-generation family of 10, aged 17 months to 85 years old who were in Indianapolis for a wedding. This house was a great landing place for us. It was well maintained and Katelynn was very responsive to our needs. Everyone enjoyed having space to relax as a family.
