Welcome to our Comfy Bear Cottage! You will enjoy the warm and welcoming decor as you enter this newly constructed two bedroom and one bathroom property. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with twin on top and a full on bottom. The property comes with a stackable washer and dryer. The home is centrally located and is only minutes away from the base of Schweitzer Mountain, where there is a free parking lot with a shuttle up to the slopes! We are also just minutes from downtown Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille. We hope you love your stay in The Comfy Bear Cottage!

Great cabin for a ski weekend!

We loved staying here! Super close to town, and easy to get to the mountain for skiing. Well stocked kitchen, super clean, cozy fireplace and the host was awesome! We will definitely be back soon.

Cozy Home, Close to Mountain, Nice and Clean

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Schweitzer. The rental is conveniently located less than 30 minutes away from Schweitzer mountain. I only went with a friend but could have comfortable enjoyed our stay with 2 more guests. Cabin is clean, has TVs in every room, remodeled, and kitchen has a nice breakfast bar which we used in the mornings.

This rental was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my nieces wedding and it had everything we needed and close to everything! The only draw back was no real yard, all rock but we didn’t need to have that! Otherwise it’s so cute and cozy!

This little cabin is so cute and in a nice quiet location. Unfortunately there were issues with cleanliness. The sheets seemed to not have been changed and when I reached out to the host they told me they checked with the cleaner and the sheets were clean. I asked about other sheets so I could change the bed and was told they were in the second bedroom closet. They were in a big wadded up mess in that closet and looked no cleaner so I washed the bedding myself and went from there. The bathroom was also not clean with hair in the shower, a long used shower curtain and the bath mats had not been shaken or washed in what looked like a long time. An acknowledgement of the pictures of sheets I sent would have gone a long way for me but I was basically told I was wrong and that was that. I would have recommended this little place over and over and certainly would if they got a new cleaner and a more guest friendly attitude.
