Feels like home with a great location!

We immediately felt at home when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. The house is in a great location and in walking distance to public beach and grocery store and shops. Communication with Ashley was easy, she made herself available to all of our questions and checked on us often. She was a great host!

The house is definitely a original cottage. Small but with plenty of room and accommodations for guest. It could use some updates. No air in the bathroom with the only shower/tub. The parking is limited at the house. There is parking for one vehicle in the grass. Anything else must park on the road. The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The cleaners showed up after check in. The house was however not very dirty upon arrival. We had a small issue with a guest bringing a pet we weren't expecting but the host was somewhat understanding and we were happy to pay the pet fee. Renters should know that the house has multiple cameras and a neighbor that reports what is going on at the house. I completely understand security and safety, however it was difficult to truly be able to relax on vacation due to this. The owner did reach out multiple times about things during our stay expecting responses everytime. I was not able to truly enjoy time with my family and able to relax due to this. The house is in a great location directly across from the beach. The owner also is requiring a damage fee stating that we damaged a outside screen door that we did not do. It appears some wood came lose on the bottom of an outdoor screen door that could have happened anytime just overtime.
