Newly renovated home conveniently located 10mins from Downtown Denver/RiNo/Highlands and 25mins from Boulder/Golden/Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Great place to stay if you plan to hike, see a concert, attend a Broncos or Rockies game, work or play Downtown, explore local restaurants and shops, or work remotely.

The space includes one bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with a twin and additional twin trundle, and a queen pullout couch in the upstairs living room, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. Includes office space perfect for working remote. Each room has a full-size closet to store luggage and hang clothes. There are two full bathrooms. Full kitchen is fully stocked.

High-speed Wifi and Smart TVs allow you to log in to any of your streaming subscriptions, including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more.

Great location and wonderful home!

The Denver getaway was a perfect! The home had everything we needed for a long weekend in Denver. The location was great! Quiet neighborhood and wondeful private backyard for relaxing after a busy day exploring. The home was stocked and super clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay while in Denver!

Great accommodations, needs a little more housekeeping

Very well equipped house for multiple people. Somewhat clean, I did find a doggie treat in the sofa cushions which led me to believe they were not properly cleaned. That’s when I started noticing other small details where it was not as clean. (Let me be clear, floors and bedsheets were very clean, I’m only nitpicking on the details for future guests) The owners were very nice and accommodating to allow me to extend my stay without problems. Would recommended staying here hoping the cleaners do a better job next time

pros: • convenient location 10-15min from all things we wanted to so• spacious• fire pit• able to checkout late due to flight delay• lots of windows/natural light • extra fans provided • hosts were quick to respond and accommodating for what we did needcons:• lacked basic cleaning supplies (lysol wipes or anything to wipe counters in general, access to a broom, only 1 roll paper towels) we wound up purchasing some wipes and leaving them for the next people.• lacked basic cook ware (only 1 frying pan that would fit maybe 2 eggs) again we purchased a larger frying pan leaving it behind.• tons of wasps with 4-5 nests on the house • beds were not the comfiest (the one queen they refer to in the living room is just the couch not a legitimate bed) • urine stain on rug in living room • lacked basic cleanliness overalloverall i’d say it wasn’t bad, we all still enjoyed ourselves and our stay! i know there weren’t a ton of reviews so not sure if it’s a newer property or if the owners are even aware of some of the things it’s lacking due to not going to the property often.
