We brought the family together after my dad’s passing and the house was perfect for all the family to be together and still had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Very well maintained and exactly as shown in the pictures. Such a wonderful location with amazing views in all directions. Can’t wait to do it again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay! There was plenty of space for a large family gathering. We definitely got a work out with the 3 flights of stairs. All the amenities were great, played plenty of pool and had an amazing time with the watercraft. Huge kitchen that was perfect for cooking up a storm. It can get a little hot in the summer, and no AC so break out the fans! They have plenty available in all living locations. If you're looking to explore Big Bear or chill in an amazing house for a week/weekend this is the place.

Couldn’t have found a more perfect place. Beautiful home, decorated so nicely and cozy. Hot tub was clean, plenty of activities including paddle boarding, canoeing or kayaking. The game tables were fun, but also plenty of board games. I definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Beautiful lakefront property that was perfect for our group getaway. Some miscommunications upon first arrival with the check-in process and outdated home guidebook but otherwise would definitely stay again!

The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed from the kitchen being well stocked with cooking tools and utensils needed to personal towels in every bedroom. The view of Boulder Bay all around every window, every room was amazing. Easy check in and out. Location is excellent to Village, hiking trails, and parks.

This place is absolutely beautiful!!! I feel like I never write a review about decor but the decor was impeccable and quintessential mountain/lake house. The place also had everything for an entertaining house! We played shuffleboard, used the pool table, sat outside at the huge table on the lower deck with wine — it was awesome! The host also had the house ready early for us which was a huge help and allowed us to drop stuff off to then do a big grocery shop! We really appreciated the hospitality!!Only two callouts i’d say are: 1) the futons are not as described…the “queen futon” is the size of a twin bed and the “twin futon” is essentially two couch cushions thrown on the floor, and not really sleepable. The two people who were going to sleep on the futons opted to stay at the other rental property we luckily had extra spots at. So if you’re trying to max out the beds on this property id reconsider 2) The fridge doesn’t work fully so if you buy meat (bacon, burgers, etc) you should bring an ice box to keep it from going bad. According to the host, this happens a lot and the fridge eventually normalizes after a day or so but the meat would’ve gone bad by then. Overall we had an amazing time! Just good to be prepared before going to a property!

Great location, large common space, poor response to issue

Pros - Huge common space (living/dining/kitchen) for hanging out, right on the lake to do kayaking over to a nearby beach, and wonderful views. We really appreciated hot tub and to use kayaks and canoe. Cons - We had problems with the security system beeping in the middle of the night and wouldn't turn off for two nights which disturbed our sleep. Host/manager was not responsive to texts and messages (and had other minor questions). Not walkable because off very busy street. Linens could use a refresh.
