Reunion Weekend Stay

Positives: Property was clean and well appointed. Owner communication was great. Negatives: Listing indicates 3rd bedroom had a double bed but it was a twin. Located 1.5 miles from NU so more like a 30 minute walk than the suggested 17 mins. Surrounding neighborhood could use some upkeep. Overall: property met our needs for cost effective overnight accommodations in Evanston. Thank you.

Richard, thank you for your feedback and for staying. Apologies for the incorrect bed listing, we've now updated this, thank you. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the distance widget VRBO has on their website for walking and driving distances. Maybe being that Northwestern is such a large campus spread over miles, it is picking up the shortest distance. Anyhow, great feedback for others to know.

Perfect Place!

Every year I get together with old friends and if your looking for a reasonably priced place near Chicago, this is the place for you! It has three bedrooms, two of which were king sized, along with a couch that folds down. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and all the glasses, plates, silverware, cooking pots, pans, diswasher, refrigerator a person could need. The one bathroom was clean, with shower and bathtub. The living room had plenty places to sit comfortably and socialize. There were televisions (Amazon Fire tv) in the bedrooms and living rooms. The place was super clean and was within walking distance to restaurants and a nearby park. All in all a great value.
