Please note, this condominium is a cherished second home for a family of four, including young children. As a result, our space is thoughtfully equipped to cater to families with young kids, offering a personalized touch that sets it apart from typical short-term rentals devoid of character.

Situated on the top floor, this unit provides a peaceful retreat away from overhead noise, albeit accessible via three flights of stairs. However, for your convenience, a ski locker is available on the ground level to alleviate the hassle of carrying gear upstairs.

Family vacation

The location of our condo was in such a good area. The condo manager was quick to respond and so very helpful with letting us know where good places to eat fun things to do ect. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we would need for our week stay. The view from the living room was a dream it was so beautiful I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing location to enjoy Winter Park

The location ended up being amazing!The view was another top favorite of ours! The kids had plenty of places to enjoy the snow on property which was a tremendous perk to keep them occupied and enjoying the snow in between activities. We loved the place overall, it qas well set up, stocked, and would stay again!

I'm from Norway and wanted to share my love of all things outdoors with them. So we got a second home in the mountains and would love to share it with other travels from near and far. We always use short term rentals when we travel, so it's time for us to contribute.

Why they chose this property

The location cannot be beat. Short walk to the Fraser River Trail, Safeway (largest grocery store), Free Winter Park-Fraser Buss Stop, and Restaurants and Bars. Bike to the some of the best Mountain Biking and Gravel Biking trails Colorado has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We have two young kids, so we have everything you'd possibly need and won't have to travel with a bunch of baby/kids necessities. Feel free to ask before booking if there's something in particular you'd want to ensure we have.
