Had a group of 10 girls and we all very comfortably fit in the house. The house had so much storage and room for 2 cars in the garage. Conveniently located only 5 min from town and less than 10 from the mountain. This was the perfect stay for our long weekend ski trip!
Awesome property, very well appointed (loved the 2 ovens). We eat in most nights so it’s always nice to have everything you need. House is spacious and nicely decorated. 75” TV is nice for nights in. Bedrooms are comfortable. Location was great. 10 minutes to the Ski Resort. We booked again for next year already!
Spacious, modern, clean, easy process to arrive and depart, great communication with property management, easy guide book and app to use. Cleanest sheets ever and comfy beds! 2 ovens in kitchem
We were in the area for a graduation in Gunnison. I located this rental which was just about everything I was looking for the weekend. It was about a 25 minute drive from Gunnison but about a 2 minute drive to Crested Butte. The home was beautiful and provided everything that was needed to make the stay memorable. I’m not sure if I will ever be back in the area but would definitely stay, again, if I am.
The house and the location were absolutely amazing. We had an issue with hot water and literally within 10 minutes. They were there to take care of it. They had to turn the pilot light off because they had done some painting before we got there. We did call about the weatherstripping about the doors and they said that they were going to send somebody but nobody ever showed up, but it wasn’t an issue. The hot tub was great. .

Hi, thanks for your review. We are thrilled you enjoyed the property, views, hot tub, etc!
We did actually send someone by to deal w/the weather stripping but you weren't there, so we didn't want to enter the property. We have since handled it. Thanks again and we hope to host you again!
This is a very spacious house that was prefect for our annual ski trip. It is in a nice neighborhood that is 0.5 miles from a free shuttle to downtown crested butte and the mountain. The beds are on the firmer side, but the rooms are comfortable. I will say that we had a large leak when the guest shower was being used that went into the entry way closet. We messaged the property management company and discontinued use of that shower. They did not respond to my VRBO message or emails, but they went someone that next morning…which was surprising to us considering their lack of response. The handyman was very professional but we were upset that they did not respond to us before sending a handyman in and that it was an invasion of our privacy. Also, the handyman told us not to use the shower for 24hrs to allow for the caulk to dry, leaving us with only the shower in the master bedroom for 10 people for 2 days. The management company was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge the inconvenience of this and their invasion of our space. It would have been the perfect stay without the water leak and property management company’s poor communication/lack of understanding.

Hi Elizabeth,
Its hard to know how to respond to your review. You emailed us at 9 pm at night that you were having a leak and were kind enough to realize that not using that shower was the right thing to do. Since we have an after hours emergency phone, we don't check emails until the next morning. The presumption would be that you would call with an emergency and not presume that someone is up all night reading emails. The next morning was a little frantic for us as we determined what to do and sent our employee Ben to the house. He knocked on the door and told you he was there to help. We in no way wanted to invade your privacy but you emailed with an emergency so we responded! I think the only thing we erred on was that we didn't email or call you prior to his arrival. When you say leak we come running! I emailed after Ben had been there and explained to use the shower after just a few hours so that you weren't out the shower. We apologized that we didn't call or email you first numerous times but again, you were having an emergent situation, you expected a response and we responded! We just weren't up into the night checking emails. We were manning our after hours number though. Also to be clear here, Ben knocked on the door and waited to be let in, he didn't barge into the house in any way. We weren't rude in any way to you. We apologized numerous times but you didn't seem to think that was enough. To be clear, when you need help we come to help. I can't say I've ever had someone so upset with us that we showed up to fix a problem. I like to think that people that come to CB as a vacation recognize that we are good, kind people with a funky vibe that have the privilege to live in this beautiful place. I realize that many of our visitors come from bigger cities where having someone show up on your doorstep and knock on your door might be disconcerting but our gentle employee (who is a minister) and a father of 4 is in no way threatening. You asked for help, we responded and we apologized profusely for upsetting you. Again, not sure what else we can say.
