Great place to stay, conveniently located. Plenty of food options close by. The parking was sometimes tough, but Jason told us about that ahead of time, so it wasn’t a surprise.

Great location, lovely townhouse in fishtown

We had a great stay that was super easy and convenient in terms of both communication with our host and the location within Fishtown. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a nice day overall. The property was in a great location and within walking distance of the subway, restaurants and bars, which made getting around very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the owner being very responsive when we brought a few issues to his attention.There were some things that could use attention at the property, including a few missing smoke alarms, missing bathroom towel rack, a couple small holes in closet doors, a broken light fixture and some electrical issues, including random lights that came on in the middle of the night. We let the owner know about these concerns and provided photos. He was very receptive and offered to come by and take care of them. Since we were already settled in, we decided the repairs could wait until after we left.We hope the owner is able to address the electrical issues and other maintenance items, particularly the safety related concerns for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owners responsiveness. With a little maintenance and attention to some of the details, the property could be even better.

Great stay in Philly

The property is located right in Fishtown. The area is very nice and friendly. I brought my teenage sons to visit for a 76ers game and to sightsee. We had plenty of room in this beautiful four level home, with a roof top patio. The home is exactly like the pictures! My boys were able to spread out and have their own room. The master bedroom has a floor of its own! Jason was very responsive each time i reached out. I highly recommend using Jason if you're visiting Philadelphia! If I'm ever in town again, this will be the first place that i check.
