Family Reunion

My family enjoyed the house; it’s roomy for our small family reunion. The house is clean and convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. It’s also secured once we are in or out of the property to keep us and our belongings safe. I highly recommended this property.

My first VRBO experience

Beds were very comfortable. The house was neat and clean . Issues: Couch had a bad odor to it. Smelled like a sweaty body odor. I had to go to the store to get a spray to deodorize it. The guest bathroom had no electricity. I let the owner know so hoping they will fix that for next party. The master one is tricky. you have to turn on the light switch first then look at the mirrors and there will be a menu with a power on button. Click that and the power comes on. Door code was not sent 48 hours ahead of time. I had to contact them to find out the code for getting into the house. But other things I contacted them for they were pretty quick to respond. Got locked out once because I didn't know how to work the door locks (that was my old age) but they did provide assistance to help us get back in. They had a camera outside and when I was trying to get in they could see us and made sure we were okay getting in. There were outlet plates that were out of the wall with wires hanging behind tall mirrors around the living room area. Just an observation. Didn't really bother me too much. Backyard very small and neighborhood sketchy. But quiet. I wanted something a little closer to Mayo Clinic. And this one is a little farther out than I wanted. There is alot of traffic in the area on the main road out. All in all though... I would still consider staying there again. It was nice to have a house instead of a hotel room. My first time vrboing!

Nice but needy

The house in general was nice. Inside finishes are top of the line. Outside could use some work. No coffeepot or toaster. Needs a few more items in the kitchen. It would be nice also to simplify TV's to be able to see local channels.Overall very nice and convenient location.
