The space
Located in a quiet neighborhood is this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a screened in patio. The living room space is a great spot to relax and watch tv, read a book or play one of the many games you'll find in the corner cabinet. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed, armoire, nightstands and a master bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bed room 1 has a full size bed, nightstands and small dresser. Bedroom 2 can be used as an office space or for sleeping accommodations on the full size futon sofa. The screened in patio overlooks the backyard. It's furnished with patio furniture. A space where you can comfortably spend mornings here sipping on a cup of coffee.

Guests have use of the entire house, front and backyards. Plenty of parking in the driveway.
