The condo is beautiful as pictured and very safe area. The staff are all very friendly. The view is outstanding from both balcony's.

Great time at this location. Had some plumbing issues in this unit in the master bath toilet and a sewage smell on the parking side of the complex. Other than that all 5 stars. We love it here and should be back next year.

Amazing Place!

We really enjoyed our time in Playa Flamingo. The place was amazing and the staff were kind and courteous. They even helped us with a medical emergency (which we can't say more thank you's about). The condo is clean and has all the amenities you could want. We will be back!

Your piece of paradise

The location is unbelievable and right on the ocean. The property itself had everything. Dining options were fantastic and close proximity. If you're looking for a large upscale villa fully equipped right on the ocean this is your place. Everything was great. I know it's difficult to explain but it might be a great idea just to prep folks for the drive in. It takes awhile and it goes through rural roads but relax you'll be surprised when you arrive.

Gorgeous beachfront unit

This is a beautiful, immaculately clean townhouse. 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, with a pull out couch. Beds and couch all quite comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and glasses/plates, etc. the water pressure and heat were great! The patio and balcony were wonderful places to sit with a coffee or a glass of wine and listen to the waves. The staff at the Palms were just the best - very friendly and welcoming. Great drinks by the infinity bar pool and the cleaning staff was great. The concierge even knocked on our door to tell us a food truck pulled up. The beach is great - soft sand, and warm water, medium sized waves gave our kids a great time. Ben, the host, was easily accessible and responded quickly. He was great! The closest restaurant within walking distance, Coco Loco, was delicious! The walk to downtown is about 15-20 minutes. Had delicious breakfast at Nalu down there. Highly recommend this location!
