Pet friendly and fenced backyard with deck and patio. Located in the lovely Garland District in Spokane, 5 minute walking from MaryLou's amazing burgers and milkshakes, Rocket bakery, sushi, and the historic (and discount) Garland Movie theater. Enjoy downtown Spokane and Gonzaga campus within 10 minutes, Eastern Washington University in 25 minutes, and Mt Spokane in less than 60 minutes.
