Welcome to villa D28, your very own Ocean View Caribbean Home away from home.

This hilltop villa with free 100mb Wifi is located down a flight of stairs from street level. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed with the most beautiful blue Caribbean waters and US and British Virgin Islands views. The bedroom is elevated which allows for direct views before even leaving your bed in the morning. With a king size bed, shutters to close off the bedroom from the living area (with sleeper sofa), and nicely renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower, it may be difficult to want to get out of bed! A few steps down from the foyer is the large living area with sofa, love seat and two chairs. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for four with additional seating for two on bar stools. The renovated kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances offers everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The amazing views can be enjoyed from every part of the villa. The large wrap around covered balcony with two lounge chairs, a small dining table for two, a large table for four, and a chair with side table is the perfect spot to relax the day away.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited WiFi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
