*NEW* This home is situated in central Sarasota in the highly desired neighborhood of South Gate. This spacious & thoughtfully updated home is designed to embrace indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.

You will be staying just a short drive away from Siesta Key ( 6 miles), downtown Sarasota (3 miles) and St. Armand's Circle (6 miles) which feature the areas best dining, shopping and bayside parks. The private backyard retreat features a heated (Dec-March) saltwater pool, ping pong table, grill and other games for the whole family to enjoy. Let us help you fall in love with the place we call home!

Easy self check-in & check-out with electronic key pad.

We can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, as there is a sofa bed in the living room. We allow up to 10 guests total, and require a fee of $25 per person, per night over 6 guests.

A hidden gem in Sarasota

Looking for a great getaway to Sarasota for family. This is it! Close to beaches, downtown and more. A backyard oasis and amenities that make this a great place to stay and relax. Plenty of space for a family or more and truly helpful team from reservation to checkout.

Great Home

This home was exactly as how it was listed. The kids had a great time in the pool and loved the pool table. The mattresses were very comfortable! Only issue was the internet line was cut and not working. The property manager got someone out the next day so we weren’t without it very long. Highly recommend this home for your next visit.
