The space: Queen bed in the bedroom, and queen bed in the enclosed den (barn doors). Fully equipped kitchen. One large bathroom. And YES your very own 300 sqft patio with a charming area completely covered and a Mexican chimney for ambience... Each rooftop has a BBQ and a fireplace that you can use. This unit is ground floor so no wait for the elevator! 2 TVs with Roku sticks (no other subscriptions). Blackout blinds on all windows. High speed Wi-Fi. Fans, but no A/C (note: A/C is not a common feature in Vancouver because rarely needed with our fabulous summer weather!)
Guest access: Parking: ask if my spot is available. Small car only. If not, there are some all day free spots in the streets nearby, and some 2hrs ones (allowing you to stay parked there from 4 pm to 11 am). I can provide a map. Indoor parking via EasyPark also possible for a fee just next door (for any size cars).
Other things to note: PET: You cannot bring your small four-legged friend without having my approval first and please read the pet rules. Extra $20/night is required (discount possible on longer stays.) DEN BED USE: If your group is only 2 people, but you are using the 2nd bed in the den anyway, a $25 one time fee will be charged. MAX 4 GUESTS allowed: if more than 2 people, extra $20/night/guest.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mt Pleasant. Jocelyne's place was clean, well stocked and as advertised on the website. Jocelyne was awesome to communicate with and very helpful on many topics. Will definitely look to book again on future visits to Vancouver.
