A dreamy 'shoes off' style of comfort is offered in this 2 bedroom cottage-like villa in a very quiet complex.
The lounge area has a view of the sea through the trees where you can:
- relax on the sofa bed
- watch tv
- read or play board games
- radio/portable Bluetooth speaker
- Air/con heating

The fully-equipped kitchen has:
- fridge/freezer, pantry and extra storage
- oven/induction stove top

Sleep to the sound of the waves in either the queen-size or double-sized bedrooms with:

The villa is within a quiet, friendly complex of mostly residential and some holiday units so respectful behavior is expected from our guests. This unit is our family holiday getaway too. We really like the neighbors and do not wish to upset them.
No parties and noise volumes are to be reduced by 10pm. No smoking or drugs.

This property is a great find. The owners were lovely and the added bonus of being pet friendly. Excellent cleanliness and super comfortable beds. The proximty to the beach and amenities was great. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great!

Very comfortable beds and a lovely unit. Being able to walk across the road to the beach was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We are a Perth family of 4 living in the 'Hills'. We love the coastal life, fishing , sunset walks with our beloved dog and the chance to spend our 'downtime' together. We have travelled extensively to many other beautiful beaches and feel privileged to share and enjoy time for the occasional bike ride, fresh fish and family/friends around for dinner.

Why they chose this property

The Sea urchins Villa is such a treasured spot by the coast as a potential retirement location, especially as the Blue Bay Beach and nearby Doddies Beach are idyllic all year round.

What makes this property unique

The villa is so close to the sea, yet sheltered from the wind, busy traffic or city life. We have intentionally set the Villa up as relaxed place, away from work and our busy family lives.
