The perfect family beach holiday is what this home offers. Just metres to the beach when you are staying in this 2 storey 4 x 2 delightful property. Upstairs consists of a newly renovated kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet, full length balcony with amazing views of the Indian ocean. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet, games room with pool table, great childrens play area, laundry, BBQ area and large back yard - plenty of space for the kids. Reverse cycle air conditioning.
NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED.
DOGS & PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking. - No smoking anywhere inside the property - Report any breakages or damage - Check-out by your agreed time - Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm - Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. - The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

House was perfect for a casual weekend away with three young kids. Opposite the beach with amazing views that made relaxing very easy!!!!! Comfy and homely with everything we needed.

Fantastic place, we had issues with the left front stove top but think it was user error, some instructions would be handy. Towels, linen, comfy bed etc was great. Downstairs front bedroom window pretty dirty. Otherwise great location.
Property was nice, had a few issues, the upstairs flywire door the flywire was ripped out a bit, the recycle bin only had one wheel which made placing on verge a little bit harder than it should have been.

Thanks for taking the time to review. Thanks for the feedback - there is 2 recycling bins at the property.- - the broken one is only used for garden rubbish normally by the owner. Flywire has been repaired
Enjoyed the stay with the stunning view of the sunset from the first floor living area. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries.
My husband and I took our daughter and grandson here for the weekend. What a great place. Views of the sunset amazing, kid friendly beach right in front, well set up home with plenty of space and lots of toys for little ones and plenty for adults too.
Property is exactly what is listed. Great location and good neighbours
