About this property

Our Lake House in South Yunderup is a self contained 3x2 Villa. It’s only an hour away from the Perth CBD but it’s enough time for you to leave all your troubles behind. The Villa overlooks a picturesque Lake and has been set up to be a home away from home. We have added a few luxurious touches to make you feel just a little spoilt. No matter when you arrive we will have everything you need to start you off on a relaxing stay.

Please note Governmentthat ID is required from the Person Booking and. The names of everyone staying, Also the Common Rooms are under going some renovations and are still closed at this time - stay tuned . However the pool is open for use during summer and the tennis courts remain open year round.

Ideal getaway destination for Summer or Winter. Cozy wood fire available during winter. Special packages can be arranged, make inquiries to the host.

Please also note that there are strict Noise Restrictions from 10pm. From complex management. Two night minimum usually and 3 night minimum during school holidays and long weekends.

Relaxing and the Lake house was beautiful

The owners have created an amazing quality home on a lake …. Pure style and we adored the deck and the wildlife … I am so lucky to have had the PELICAN Drop in and I fed him/ her Real whole fish …. 🐟 The pool areas was clean and well looked after - only negative was the solar heating was not working …. The main resort appears to be under Taking a facelift .

Pefect!

Fantastic location, very clean, modern, peaceful and quiet. Really good for my elderly parents as it was easy to get around and very relaxing for them. Chris and Vic (the hosts) were fantastic and nothing was any trouble for them. Already planning the next stay!

We are raising a Family and Running a Small Electrical Business from Perth.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with it. The property was very worn out but we could see the potential. With a little TLC and vision we created "Our Lake House" This is our Happy Place and we get to share it with you if you want to book to stay.

What makes this property unique

Simple Serenity. The Villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. The Lake Views and wildlife around create a calming Effect. Only an hour away from the CBD but it has a real country feel to it. There's a Pool for Swimming and the Murray River a short stroll away to enjoy water activities during Summer. The Wood Fire heater and Netflix make it the perfect Winter Haven. The Mandurah Foreshore is less then 15 minutes away but we love spending the day at Secluded Preston Beach which is 30 minutes away.
